The BOOKING PROCEDURES

All bookings are taken on a first come-first serve basis and places are limited, so please book early to avoid disappointment.

1. Complete the booking form in block capitals

2. Decide whether you wish to pay for a the full year, a term or weekly.

3. Cheque  made payable to All Sports 4 Schools Limited Ltd. Please write the child’s name & term on the reverse of the cheque.

If you book online or by phone please include your receipt number on the form.

4. Post booking form & payment to Allsports4schools, 16 Ash Grove, Blackheath, Colchester, Essex CO2 0AH.

5. We will confirm bookings who supply a valid email address or we will only contact you if your booking is not successful otherwise please turn up as advertised.

 

PLEASE DO NOT HAND BOOKINGS OR PAYMENTS INTO THE SCHOOL.

Players should have: Suitable clothing for the time of year, Shin Guards, Football Boots or Suitable Footwear, Indoor Footwear and a Drink

Grass areas will be used whenever possible. However, should the weather make it unsafe to play outside, indoor facilities will be used.

 

All Sports 4 Schools Limited endeavour not to cancel any sessions, but the children’s safety is paramount. Parents will be contacted at the earliest possible time, either by a member of All Sports 4 Schools Limited staff or by a member of staff from the school, should a session require cancellation.

 

CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY:

Once payment has been received refunds will not be given in the event that you are unable to attend any part of the course.

Payments can be transferred to another course, if, due to injury or illness you are unable to attend at least 50% of the course dates.

A full refund may be given under extreme circumstances at the discretion of allsports4schools Limited.

 

All Sports 4 Schools Limited reserve the right to change any aspect of the course including  cancellation.

If All Sports 4 Schools Limited cancel a session and are not able to offer an alternative date a full refund for that session or  credit note will be offered.

*The After School Football Club is a All Sports 4 Schools Limited initiative. Therefore, please contact All Sports 4 Schools Limited with any issues you may have regarding the Club.

*We advise all parents to inform their child that constant  misbehaviour will result is exclusion from the course, with no refund.

* If your child needs assistants getting changed it is the parents responsibility to assist there children.

*Any grievance should be made in writing to our office or by email.

 

If any of your details change please ensure that you contact our office so that we could update our records
